Customer
Why do I need customer information?
- To keep a history record of name, address of the customer company is a database in the system
- To be able to check documents for correct information
- To be used to plan credit periods
Action permissions
Create customers
- Select menu Sales and Customers
- Press the Create button.
- Fill in the details completely.
- Press Save.
Edit customer
- Select the menu Sales and Customers.
- Select the customer you want to edit.
- Press the action button ' ... ', select edit.
- Edit the information as needed.
- Press Save.
Details in the document
Name
- Prefix select prefix which is related to the tax report P.N.D. 3 and 53 in the Account menu.
- Name specify the customer name.
- Language setting select the language to display on the sales invoice, e.g. QT quotation.
- Race specifies the customer's race.
Account
- Tax Identification Number enter 13 digit identification number.
- Branch specify branch name
- Branch Code specify branch code.
- VAT click to select in case the customer is registered for VAT (P.P. 20)
- Chart of Accounts specifies the chart of accounts receivable, such as trade accounts receivable.
- PND. 53 press to select in case the customer is P.N.D. 53
Address
- Address specify the address on the company certificate or a copy of your ID card.
- Same as registered address if document/consignment delivery address Same as the registered address, select Yes.
- Document/Condition Delivery Address please specify Document/Condition Delivery Address if Courier/Condition Delivery Address not the same as the registered address
Contact name
- Prefix select prefix
- Name specify a name.
- Last name specify last name
- Nickname enter a nickname.
- Position specifies the location
- Call enter contact number
- Email enter your email address.
- Fax enter the fax number (if applicable)
- LineID specify LineID (if applicable)
- Birthday specifies the contact's birthday (if applicable).
Finance
- Credit period credit term given to the customer
- Credit limit credit limit given to customers.
Bank Account
- Bank select bank name
- Branch identify bank branch
- Account number enter account number
- Note specify a note (if any)
- Default check ✓ If the account number is used as the primary
- Billing specify whether the Accounting Department knows whether billing is required at the client company.
- Billing Schedule specifies the date the customer is scheduled for billing.
- Payment table specify the date the customer has set for payment.
- Service Assurance click to select in case there will be a deduction of the service guarantee from the customer
- % Retention specify percentage. A contribution insurance deduction, such as 5%.
- Currency select Currency
Other
- Search term enter the key word you want to use to search for customers, such as VIP.
- Note [Internal] specify a general note (if applicable)
- Attachment attach important documents such as Company certificate, ID card, Phor Por. 20 pages, bank passbook, etc.
- Referral Code enter Customer ID from Legacy System (if applicable)
- Customer referral for cases where the customer is related, e.g. Company A Limited has Company B Limited in the same group.
Usability
- See Company choose the company you want this customer to be able to see.
- Disabled click to select if you don't want this customer to be displayed for future use.
