Advance Income (AI)

Advance Income (AI) in case of receiving deposit before delivery of goods/services by referring to SO in case issued by VAT registered company This document will be a tax invoice.

Action permissions


Create Advance Income (AI)


  1. Select the menu Sales and Sales.
  2. Press tab 4. Get Paid
  3. Press the Create Deposit Receipt (AI) button.
  4. Fill in the details completely.
  5. Press Save.




Edit Advance Income (AI)


  1. Select the menu Sales and Sales.
  2. Press tab 4. Get Paid
  3. Select the deposit receipt (AI) that you want to edit.
  4. Press the action button ' ... ', select edit.
  5. Edit the information as needed.
  6. Press Save.

Edit customer information, Advance Income (AI)


  1. Select the menu Sales and Sales.
  2. Press tab 4. Get Paid
  3. Select the deposit receipt (AI) that you want to edit customer information.
  4. Press the action button ' ... ', select edit.
  5. Press on the right side of the save button, select Edit Customer Data.




Cancel the Advance Income (AI)


  1. Select the menu Sales and Sales.
  2. Press tab 4. Get Paid
  3. Select the Advance Income (AI) that you want to cancel.
  4. Press the action button ' ... ', select edit.
  5. Press to the right of the save button, select Cancel.



💡 Nested Tip: Close VS Open VS Cancel
  • Off is used in case the document is no longer needed. and the document contains some references
  • On is used in case the document is closed. but want to use the document again
  • Cancel, used in the event that the document is no longer needed Used in cases where the document has not been referenced.




Print the Advance Income (AI)


  1. Select the menu Sales and Sales.
  2. Press tab 4. Get Paid
  3. Select the Advance Income (AI) that you want to print.
  4. Press the action button ' ... ', select type.




Print GL Advance Income (AI)


  1. Select the menu Sales and Sales.
  2. Press tab 4. Get Paid
  3. Select the deposit receipt (AI) that you want to print GL.
  4. Press the action button ' ... ', select , type GL.



💡 Nested Tip: Typing GL means typing. Recording information of the receipt journal of the Advance Income document (AI)




Print invoice, Advance Income (AI)


  1. Select the menu Salles and Sales.
  2. Press tab 4. Get Paid
  3. Select the cash sales invoice (RC) that you want to print GL.
  4. Press the action button ' ... ', select Print Invoice.



💡 Nested Tip: Print invoices Use in case the customer needs invoice documents before making payment.

Header


  • Date set default to today. User can change


  • Company/Branch select the company and branch to invoice the product.

  • Paid installments dividend payments will be automatically copied from the Sales Order (SO).





Item table


  • Item Product/Service Details It will be copied automatically from the Sales Order (SO) and cannot be edited by the user.


  • Quantity specifies the quantity/quantity of the item to be shipped.


  • Units units will be automatically copied from the sales order (SO).


  • Price unit price will be automatically copied from Sales Order (SO).


  • Discount The discount price will be automatically copied from the sales order (SO).


  • GL Chart of Accounts will be automatically copied from the Sales Order (SO).


  • VAT VAT rate It will be automatically copied from the Sales Order (SO).


  • WHT check ✓ In case of outsourcing service due to withholding tax


  • Ret. check ✓ if the security deposit is deducted.


Payment schedule


  • Payment Breakdown Details It will be automatically copied from the Sales Order (SO).


  • Payment date payment due It will be automatically copied from the Sales Order (SO).


  • Deposit will be automatically copied from Sales Order (SO).


  • % The percentage of the payment on that balance.


  • Balance payment amount


Details will show only the items marked ✓ Deposit only.Select only the lines that have been paid the deposit. Which line is not yet due for payment? Users can right click and delete items.



Withholding tax table


  • Type select withholding type


  • Description specify a description.


  • Service Value specify the service value before VAT.


  • Rate specify the rate according to the Revenue Department standard.


  • WHT value of withholding tax


  • PND select type of income tax


  • Tax payer select tax payer




VAT table


  • Tax invoice number set default value based on document number.


  • Invoice Date set default value based on document date.


  • Tax filing month set by the month of the tax invoice date.


  • Tax value The value of the goods/services used in the tax calculation.


  • Rate VAT rate

  • Warranty information specify details


  • Duration indicates the warranty period.


  • Unit select day, week, month or year.
