# FAQ I วิธีการตรวจสอบรายการว่าเป็น รหัสสินค้า หรือ Free text (Global Search)

### วิธีการตรวจสอบเอกสารรายการจากการคีย์เเบบ "Free text" หรือ รายการที่ดึงข้อมูลมาจาก "รหัสสินค้า"

สามารถดูได้ที่เมนู Global search ขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้ 

1. ไปที่เมนู ""Global Search"
2. Filter เลือก "Goods code"
3. ถ้าเลือก "Yes" คือ รายการที่ดึงข้อมูลมาจาก "รหัสสินค้า" จะแสดงขึ้นมา
4. ถ้าเลือก "No" คือ รายการที่เป็นการคีย์เเบบ "Free text" จะแสดงขึ้นมา

### ตัวอย่าง เช่น **

| เอกสาร QT มี 1 รายการที่เป็น "รหัสสินค้า" (กรอบสีเขียว) จะเห็นว่าหากเป็นการดึงข้อมูลมาจากรหัสสินค้า จะแสดงรายละเอียดของคลังสินค้า
||| และ 1 รายการที่เป็น "Free text" (กรอบสีส้ม)

| ใน Global Search เลือก filter "Goods code" = Yes (รายการที่ดึงข้อมูลมาจาก "รหัสสินค้า" จะแสดงขึ้นมา)
