# FAQ I ยื่น e-Tax ไม่สำเร็จ "ลูกค้าเป็นบุคคลธรรมดา" ต้องตรวจสอบอย่างไร


1. เมื่อกด submit e-Tax ในเอกสาร 

2. ระบบแสดงแจ้งเตือน ** "ยื่น e-Tax ไม่สำเร็จ ข้อมูลเลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษีอากรของผู้ซื้อ ประเภท TXID, รหัส ... ไม่ผ่านการตรวจสอบ" **
ให้ผู้ใช้กด "ยกเลิก" ผู้ใช้ตรวจสอบเพิ่มเติมว่า บุคคลธรรมดาได้จด VAT หรือไม่ หากไม่จด VAT ให้ติ๊ก VAT ออกในฐานข้อมูลลูกค้า

3. ผู้ใช้จำเป็นต้องอัพเดทฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าใหม่ จากในเอกสาร ที่ฟังค์ชั่น "Update Customer Info"

4. หากลูกค้าเป็นบุคคลธรรมดา กรณนี้ต้อง "ติ๊ก VAT ออก"

5. และ "บันทึก"

6. จากนั้นผู้ใช้สามารถกลับไปที่เอกสารเดิม refresh หน้าจอ 1 ครั้ง และ กด submit e-Tax ในเอกสารอีกครั้ง
