# FAQ I ประโยชน์จากการใส่ข้อมูลในช่อง CC (Cost Center) ในเอกสาร


1. กรณีสร้างเอกสารใบสั่งขาย (SO) ขึ้นมาใหม่ เลือกใส่คำว่า "Current doc no." ในช่อง "CC" โดยไม่ต้องสร้าง Cost center อื่นๆ 

Current doc no. มีความหมาย คือ ระบบจะสร้าง Cost center ให้อัตโนมัติขึ้นมาใหม่ โดยอ้างอิงจากเลขที่เอกสารใบสั่งขาย (SO)

2. กรณีที่ลูกค้าต้องการคลุมงบประมาณใบสั่งขาย (SO) สามารถกำหนด Cost center ในช่อง CC ได้ดังนี้
