# FAQ I วิธีการรีเซ็ทรหัสผ่าน

แนะนำวิธีการรีเซ็ทรหัสผ่าน

1. ผู้ใช้กดลืมรหัสผ่าน "Forgot Password?" หน้าแรกก่อน login เข้าระบบ
2. ระบบจะส่งอีเมลเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน ไปยังอีเมลที่ท่านใช้ login เข้าใช้งาน nested
3. ตรวจสอบอีเมล nested และดำเนินการเปลี่ยนรหัสผ่านได้เลยค่ะ

หรือ
1. แจ้งผู้ใช้ที่ได้รับสิทธิ์เป็น admin 
2. admin เข้าไปที่เมนูตั้งค่า > เมนูบุคลากร > กดแท็ป "ผู้ใช้งานระบบ" > กรอกรหัสผ่านใหม่
3. แจ้งรหัสผ่านใหม่ให้ผู้ใช้ทราบ เพื่อ login เข้าใช้งานระบบ
