# How to use Global Search / System wide search

# How to use Global Search / System wide search

# If users want to search for documents in the system easily Just use the __search__ function.

1. Select the __Search__ button.

2. Select the company to search.

3. Users can search for documents according to the following options:

* Date
* Branch
* Type of document
* Document number
* Based on
* Department
* Contact name
* Job title
* Partner
* Customer
* Balance
* Remaining
* Due
* Status
* Completed
* CC
* Items/Products
* Amount
* Unit
* Price
* Total net
* VAT
* WHT
* Ret
* Property
* GL
* Refer to
* Note

4. Press the __Search__ button to search.

| Users can search for documents by one of the options, for example, if the document number is already known. You don't need to fill in all the information.

5. In case the user knows the document number, they can fill in the document number in the __Search__ field.

6. Press __Enter__ to search.

7. If the user wants to export data, select the __Execute__ '...' button, and then select __Export Data__.

### Amount shown on Globla Search is already VAT included ✍

__Example Document__

Item 1 = 63,000.00 x 7% = 67,410.00
Item 2 = 52,725.00 x 7% = 56,415.75
Item 3 = 14,000.00 x 7% = 14,980.00
